Chemex filter papers remove impurities, acidity, unhealthy and bitter elements from coffee. These papers are composed of a specialty fiber filter design, typically 20-30% more thicker than the competition, which keeps bitter elements, oils, and grounds out of your cup. In your brewed cup you will find only the caffeine and desirable aromatic oils of the coffee beans.
